Rollin Glaser, Ed.D. Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board An accomplished trainer, consultant, and expert in the field of adult learning, Rollin is also the co-founder and former chief executive officer of HRDQ. He holds several degrees, including a B.S. from Northwestern University and a M.Ed. from Northeastern University, as well as a M.A. and Ed.D. from Columbia University. In addition to many assessments, training games, programs, and articles, Rollin is the author of Personnel Management for Retailers and co-author of The Management of Training and Managing by Design.
 Christine Glaser, M.Ed. Co-Founder Christine is the co-founder and former president of HRDQ. Her previous experience includes management skills training, consulting, editing, and public school teaching. She holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and a M.Ed. in guidance and counseling from Northeastern University. Ms. Glaser is co-author of Managing by Design as well as several learning tools, including Jungle Escape, the Team Effectiveness Profile, and the Negotiating Style Profile.
Bradford R. Glaser, M.B.A. President & CEO Bradford is the president and chief executive officer. He’s held several leadership roles in marketing and management since joining HRDQ in 1989. Bradford holds a B.A. from Clark University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University. He is also the author of Black Bear, HRDQ’s bestselling simulation that was inspired by Bradford’s thru-hike of the entire Appalachian Trail in 1992.
Martin Delahoussaye Vice President of Publishing Martin has more than 25 years of experience in human resource development publishing. As the HRDQ vice president of publishing, he is responsible for strategic content acquisition initiatives, leading the editorial development team, and is on the executive management team. Prior to joining HRDQ, he was the senior acquisitions editor for Pfeiffer, and he also served as managing editor of Training Magazine and editor of Training Journal.
Linda Short Vice President of Purchasing and Accounting Linda is vice president of purchasing and accounting. With more than 27 years of experience at HRDQ, she has served multiple leadership roles including controller, executive management team member, and director of operations and warehouse management. Linda has an Associate’s Degree from Delaware County Community College and a B.S. from Rosemont College. She graduated with honors and she is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda, Epsilon Upsilon chapter.
Zara Shea Zara Shea served as a technical editor, writer, developer, and project manager at HRDQ for over 18 years. She has a B.S. from Northwestern University. Currently, Zara is a life purpose coach and mentor for women entrepreneurs. |
