FAQ
Questions you've asked us recently...

What are Online Participant Guides?

Most HRDQ assessments are provided in paper format for participants. For a number of products, participant materials are also available in an online, web-based format. These products may be purchased online and we will contact you by phone to complete set up. Currently, the online assessment portal is not automatically updated with your purchase but that capability is coming soon. Eventually all HRDQ assessments will be available in online format.

Can I copy the products I purchased?

Unless the product specifically states that you may reproduce the content, copying or reproducing the content in any manner is in violation of copyright laws. Please contact us if you have questions about permissions.

Why do I have to enter a special code when I open my account, access my account, or retrieve my password?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. The HRDQ store is PCI certified. To meet that requirement, CAPTCHA-style challenge tests are required to ensure that hackers can't use computers and automated software to access your account data. While no system is perfectly safe, this inconvenience helps make illegal access less likely. HRDQ customer information has never been compromised.

What does HRDQ stand for?

Human Resource Development Quarterly. HRDQ was founded as Organization Design & Development, Inc. in 1977 as a management consulting firm. Not long thereafter the company launched a four-times annual product catalog called the HRD Quarterly. As the business grew and we began sending more than four catalogs a year, we shortened the name to HRDQ. Eventually HRDQ became the legal business name for the whole company.
