Individuals are presented with 36 different statements describing a behavior they might perform as a member of their organization and asked to rate the frequency at which they perform that behavior. Their responses are used to generate a feedback report, which begins with an overview of the leader-manager relationship in today’s business environment. It then offers a bar graph illustrating the participant’s total overall score in leadership and management, respectively. They then review a radial diagram showing their perceived ability for each of the three competencies that make up leadership and management. Following a review of their scores, individuals then read an in-depth interpretation of their results and how they can apply greater balance between the two skill sets.
