Errors and Omissions
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, HRDQ will have the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HRDQ will immediately
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Policies
HRDQ ships using FedEx. Orders typically require 24 hours or
less for processing. Orders placed today will be shipped on the
following business day subject to availability. All shipments are FOB
King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA. Items ordered together are not
always shipped together. For your protection, all FedEx air shipments
require a signature for delivery.
HRDQstore.com accepts prepaid credit card orders only from
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Your
credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. State sales tax of
6% will be collected on all shipments to Pennsylvania. Our Taxpayer ID is
23-2039609.
HRDQ will accept return of your order within 30 days of
receipt for a full credit or refund less shipping and handling. After
30 days, if your return is approved, a restocking charge of 15% will be
deducted from your refund. All products must arrive at our warehouse in
unused, resaleable condition. Returns must be shipped prepaid by FedEx or other
traceable and insured means. The packing slip shipped provided with your order
has additional details and a return mailing label. Note that some products, such
as software, downloads, and other content, may not be returned.
Such items will note an alternate
return policy on the product page or with the product itself.
All international orders are shipped using
FedEx. All pricing is based on U.S. funds only. Free shipping or
discounted shipping promotions are not applicable to international
orders. Additional taxes, tariffs, or shipping/handling expenses are
the responsibility of the customer.
Other Conditions
These conditions supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether HRDQ
signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
