HRDQ Proposal Guidelines

HRDQ publishes soft-skills learning solutions that help to improve the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations. Our primary audience includes corporate trainers, human resource professionals, educational institutions, and independent consultants who look to us for off-the-shelf solutions to develop key skills such as leadership, communication, coaching, and team building. We welcome publishing proposals on any soft-skills topic, and in any format that supports facilitated or self-paced learning for either classroom or distributed (digital/e-learning) environments. Of particular interest to HRDQ are assessments, experiential group activities and games, and facilitated workshop designs.
