Proposal Guidelines

HRDQ Product Proposal

Please note that this proposal process is intended for products that have not yet been developed or published. If you have a completed product and wish to consider HRDQ as a reseller, please contact HRDQ's customer service team at 600-633-4533.

HRDQ publishes soft-skills learning solutions that help to improve the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations. The buying audience includes corporate trainers, human resource professionals, adult educational institutions, and independent consultants who look to us for off-the-shelf solutions to develop key skills such as leadership, communication, coaching, and team building. We welcome publishing proposals on any soft-skills topic, and in any format that supports facilitated or self-paced learning. Of particular interest to HRDQ are assessments, simulations, experiential group activities and games, and facilitated workshop designs.

If you would like HRDQ to consider your proposed training materials and/or electronic products for publication, please submit a brief summary of your product idea to:

Include in the main body of the email a brief description of your proposed product beginning with a description of the type of product you envision, such as training program, assessment, game, or simulation. Describe exactly what issue or need the product addresses, and what it is designed to accomplish. It also will help to explain what is it about your treatment of the subject that will make it stand out from the competition. Please also include any other information you feel will support your proposal. This might include your experience, prior publishing activities, or access to the market.
