Is your workplace succumbing to rude behavior? Have respect and good manners begun to slip?
Often acting just under the radar, bullies will deny their hostile intent or shrug off their behaviors as humorous or insignificant. But the constant tension they create, and the way their harmful activities tend to build over time, damages the individual targets of their behavior, and the workgroup as a whole.
You need to bring bullying out into the open so you can deal with it directly—and put and end to it.
Speaking up and Seeking Help
Five dramatic stories take place in settings that range from a hospital to City Hall, where victims and witnesses will learn how to speak up and challenge bullying behavior in a straightforward way that not only puts a stop to the bully, but will earn them respect as well. Victims of bullying will also learn they do not have to face this problem on their own. If not comfortable challenging a bully single-handed, they can reach out to supervisors, or other designated resources like HR to help resolve the issues.
And to any bullies who may be watching: this video will show that mistreating a fellow employee makes you look bad in the eyes of others and will no longer be tolerated.
