Emotional Intelligence Style Profile
By Dr. Jon Warner
Emotional Intelligence refers to the complex mix of social and interpersonal behaviors that incorporate intuition, character, integrity, motivation, communication ability, and relationship skills. Use this assessment to diagnose these social skills.
The facilitators guide enables a trainer to lead a half to a full day workshop administering, scoring, and interpreting the Emotional Intelligence Style Profile. The workshop covers a wide range of theories explaining the linkages between thinking, acting, and emotions. Each of four emotional intelligence styles is explored, and then participants learn how these styles deploy through specific competencies that can be learned and improved.
