We're sorry if our products did not meet your needs or expectations. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of invoice. You'll receive a full credit or refund not including shipping and handling. Because we print short runs of product and are continually updating our products we may not accept returns after 30 days or we may deduct a 15% restocking charge from your refund.
To ensure the fastest processing of your return, please use the RMA system in our web store by logging into your account and following each step in this quick process:
- In your account, select "Review" for the order you wish to return.
- Click the "Add New RMA" button.
- Enter the quantity of any items you wish to return.
- Enter the reason for the return.
- Choose refund or credit.
- Add any additional comments.
- Click "Save RMA".
HRDQ will review your RMA and provide a response within one business day. Once approved, you may pack up your items and return them to our warehouse. Note that all products must arrive at our warehouse in unused, resalable condition, so please pack them carefully. We recommend you ship returns by traceable means and insured for the value of your order. Note that some products, such as software, downloads, customized products, sale items, and other product, may not be returnable.
